Q: Can a user have multiple roles?
A: Yes, a user can have several roles. For example, the same person can be ADMIN and PAYROLL_MANAGER.
Q: Can SUPER_ADMIN manage employees?
A: No. SUPER_ADMIN only manages the platform (tenants and platform users). Employees are managed by ADMIN and HR_MANAGER roles.
Q: What if a user forgets their password?
A: An administrator can reset the password from Settings > Users. A temporary password will be sent by email.
Q: Why can't I see some modules?
A: Your role determines which modules are visible. Contact your administrator to adjust your roles if needed.
Q: How do I enable notifications?
A: Go to Settings > Notifications and configure the desired alerts.
Q: Can data be exported?
A: Yes, most modules offer export to Excel, PDF or CSV.
