The attendance module displays all clock-in/out events in real time. You can filter by date, employee, department or status.
Calendar view
Import a .dat file
ZKTeco terminals generate .dat files containing raw logs. OPTime can import these files to reconcile them with employees and schedules.
Manual clock-in/out
Reserved for ADMIN and HR_MANAGER roles. Allows you to enter a clock-in/out when the agent was unable to badge.
Important
The import of .dat files and manual clock-ins/outs must be carried out carefully because they directly impact attendance and payroll reports.
